- Fixed a bug that caused mech descriptions to not be properly aligned to the
mech names for users without the IS Mech Pak.

- Stronger Jump Jets. Duration went from 3 to 4 seconds, total fuel from 7.5
to 9. Now it is possible to jump very high, this is balanced by the heat,
the fact that everybody will see you on thermal sensors and the fact that if
you jump too high, it is very difficoult to understand when to start braking.
- Disabled leg damage on bot controlled mechs.
- Moved the mixtech damage code from the client side to the server side making
it safer. Now the bots are affected by the mixtech rules too.
- Added the weapon destroyed sound to all the weapon destruction events not
just to mixtech destruction events as before.
- The mixtech failure chance is now different in the various timelines. In 3050
it is set as in previous betas, in 3070 the chance is halved.
- Fixed a lot of vehicles and turrets that lost their missiles after the
changes to the omni slots:

- Implemented Leg Damage on landing. The damage is proportional to the landing
speed but it is applyed only if the vertical speed is greater than 15 m/s.
Now it is the good idea to save some jet fuel to make soft landings.

* Engine type.
* Heat Sinks type and number.

too, the weapon is balanced mainly by the heat.
